Spray-Up Roving (Spray-Up Roving)

It is offered in the form of a bobbin, which is made from uniformly wound strands of fiber. It is characterized by low static electrification and minimal tearing. Cuts very well.

 

Designed for open spray treatment using polyester resins. It can be used in the production of small boats, showers, shower trays, bathtubs, containers, etc.

 

The product is characterized by high mechanical resistance and increased resistance to aqueous media. It can also be used for centrifugal pipe casting.

Direct Roving

It is offered in the form of bobbins, which are made by assembling and winding parallel strands with the same tension. The diameter of the monofilament is 10-13 microns. This roving is calibrated, very soft and can be processed using winding, pultrusion and weaving techniques.

 

The surface of the fiber is coated with an impregnation that used vinyl silane as a reactive agent responsible for chemical affinity. This roving is mainly used for reinforcing polyester resins.

Roving for epoxy resins

Roving is made in the form of bobbins, consisting of one continuous strand. The diameter of the monofilament is 16-22 microns. This roving is produced with a calibration that makes it very soft and can be processed using winding, pultrusion and weaving.

 

The surface of the fiber is coated with an impregnation that used methacrylosilane as a reactive agent responsible for chemical affinity.

Cut roving

The chopped roving is made in the form of chopped strands 4.5 mm ÷ 24 mm long. The fiber has good adhesion properties. The cut fibers are not glued together and have straight ends. The use of silane makes the chopped strands suitable for the production of DMC and BMC with unsaturated polyester resins. It can also be used to reinforce phenolic and melamine resins.

 

Sand products are used in the electrical insulating industry (parts for switches and covers), as well as in the manufacture of tool parts.
