Basic gelcoats

GC 795

consists of ISO-NPG polyester resin and is recommended for the production of parts that come into contact with water (shipbuilding, swimming pools, plumbing).

Gelcoat NG Hydro P sp / FP

gelcoat based on isophthalic resin and neopentyl glycol.

Recommended for use in shipbuilding.

They are of high quality with a long period of use in conditions of high temperature, ultraviolet radiation, contact with water, including those contaminated with chemicals, the influence of atmospheric exposure.

Gelcoats in this series have low shrinkage and good air release.

Gelcoat NG Hydro P – designed for manual use.

Gelcoat NG Hydro P sp – designed for spraying in two layers (two passes)

Gelcoat NG Hydro FP – designed for spraying in one layer (one pass), has a higher viscosity and thixotropy.

Gelcoat NPG color P sp / FP gelcoats are available in any RAL color.

Gelcoat SAN White P sp / FP

the gelcoat is based on polyester resins modified with isophthalic acid.

This is a special type of polyester gelcoats for sanitary ware, which is made in compliance with the requirements of DIN EN 14688 “Sanitary equipment. Washbasins. Functional requirements and test methods “.

This group of gelcoats is distinguished by high hardness, excellent deaeration and lack of porosity. It is characterized by increased chemical and abrasion resistance, resistance to yellowing, as well as a high endurance to thermal shock.

Gelcoat SAN White P sp / FP is offered in any white version according to the RAL system or at the request of the customer according to the provided sample.

Gelcoat SaniGel

SaniGel gelcoat has unique qualities and meets the highest requirements for sanitary products – sinks, shower trays, baths, etc.

SaniGel has a high temperature peak, which contributes to better curing parameters, and thus significantly improves the strength characteristics. This gelcoat has a longer gel time than comparable products. This allows the time for venting (deaeration) to be extended while not significantly affecting the peak temperature and cure time.

Products made with SaniGel gelcoat were tested by the Institute of Ceramics and Building Materials in Warsaw and received the highest results.
